Tired? Stressed? Pregnant? Looking for peace and calm at home?  Journey meditations help you feel in control when you need it most.

We push our bodies hard and expect them to respond immediately to our wishes. To be able to do so, we need to nurture, feed and rest our bodies. We regularly take our cars and bikes to be serviced and we update and upgrade our computers - we want optimal performance and efficiency from them so we maintain them, no questions asked.

So why do we push our bodies so hard?

What about our bodies? Do we listen to them?

Do we give them a break?

If we do not maintain and nurture our bodies regularly, at some point it will fail us, some bodies sooner than others. Some showing signs of mental fatigue and stress - loss of sleep can cause irritability, anger, loss of concentration. Others experience symptoms of physical fatigue such as neck aches, pains and chest palpitations. All of these can affect life at home and work.

  • Love your body and tend to it regularly - you only get one.
